Of course! If you have any issues with your elevator, let our team know. We’ll come out and inspect your elevator for any potential issues and diagnose the problem. If covered by our warranty, we will cover the issue. If not, we’ll explain the situation and provide an estimate.
Product warranties begin the day the lift is shipped from the factory. Labor warranties begin the day the installation is complete.
Cosmetic components subject to wear and tear are not included. This includes batteries, painted/stained panels, glass, acrylic, gates, doors, upholstery, and trim.
Additionally, problems arising from accidents, misuse, abuse or vandalism, lack of proper maintenance, neglect, improper adjustment, modification or alteration, structural condition of building or hoistway, overloading, or acts of God (i.e. weather, lightning, flood, etc) are not covered.
