We recently bought a home that has an elevator, and were not familiar with all of the operational and maintenance procedures. Each time we called Nationwide Lifts of Oregon with questions, they have answered each time, and guided us very patiently through the necessary procedures using face time as needed. They have come to our home three times for repairs and replacement of parts, and are consistently professional, friendly and thorough. We truly appreciate their consistent responsiveness and their clear description of their service plan. We will only call Nationwide Lifts of Oregon in the future.
